Job summary

Servicemaster Clean is seeking an Area Cleaner to join our developing team. This is a mobile cleaning role spanning multiple customer sites, where you will cover for holidays, illness, or vacancies and ensure high cleaning standards across locations.

You will travel between sites using your own vehicle initially, with fuel/mileage reimbursed, and a company van possible after probation. Full training provided and prior cleaning experience is helpful but not essential.

• Travelling to different customer sites to provide cleaning cover.
• Covering staff holidays, sickness, vacancies and additional cleaning requirements.
• Cleaning offices, commercial premises and other customer sites to a high standard.
• Following cleaning schedules and company procedures.
• Opening and locking buildings when required.
• Safely handling and looking after company/customer keys.
• Ensuring buildings are left clean, tidy and secure.
• Reporting any issues or concerns to management.
• Providing a friendly and professional service to customers.
• Representing our company professionally at every site.

Your vehicle

• You will initially use your own reliable vehicle to travel between sites.
• We pay fuel and mileage when you use your own vehicle for work.
• Following a successful probationary period, a company van may be provided, depending on the requirements of the role and the business.
