Job summary

Impact Food Group is seeking an experienced Area Support Chef Manager to cover the Bristol area. This role works Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, 7am–3pm, with 42 weeks per year and 25 days leave plus bank holidays. Salary £35–38k, plus mileage reimbursement.

You will manage multiple sites, lead Chef Managers, and support Operations while delivering high-quality, nutritious meals across schools. This role requires kitchen expertise, strong client relationships, and proactive leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing at least 2–3 sites and leading Chef Managers.
• Chef by trade with hands-on kitchen experience.
• Excellent communication from kitchen through to the boardroom.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop site teams across multiple locations.
• Drive restaurant profitability while maintaining quality and service.
• Build and maintain client relationships to meet shared goals.
