Anderselite are working with an established AJ100 architectural practice with studios in London and Cardiff, who are seeking to appoint a talented Architectural Technologist / Technician to support the delivery of major residential and mixed-use projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a design-led practice with a strong reputation for quality and staff development.

Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery, producing high-quality technical drawings and coordinating documentation for large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes. You will work closely with Architects and Designers, using your technical knowledge to bring projects through to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and coordinate detailed technical drawings and construction packages.
  • Work within project teams to support delivery across all RIBA stages.
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and technical standards.
  • Produce and manage models and drawings in Revit (AutoCAD knowledge also useful).
  • Contribute to the resolution of technical and design challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, consultants, and contractors.
  • Manage workload efficiently, delivering work to deadlines and to the highest quality.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ UK-based architectural experience.
  • Qualified Architectural Technician / Technologist.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential; AutoCAD skills advantageous.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing.
  • Experience in residential or mixed-use projects highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible, proactive, and committed approach to teamwork.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
