An exciting opportunity has opened up at Architectural Designs, a well-established practice with 13+ years of expertise in the residential sector. We're looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Guildford (GU2).

About the Role:

You'll be working on a wide range of residential projects—from feasibility studies to planning applications, building regs, 3D visualisations, HMO conversions, and more. We're looking for someone who can work autonomously, is highly organised, and communicates effectively with both clients and colleagues.

1. 3+ years of UK-based residential experience
2. Strong AutoCAD & Revit proficiency (Lumion is a bonus)
3. Solid understanding of building regs & construction processes
4. Excellent drawing & detailing skills
5. Must have a driver's license and be able to relocate or commute reliably to Guildford
