Job summary

Konker, a Gloucestershire-based architecture practice, is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join its commercial team. You will produce technical design packages and carry them through to construction, with exposure to defence sector work in a hands-on, growth-oriented environment.

Strong Revit skills and a CIAT accreditation (or progress toward) are preferred, along with knowledge of Building Safety Act, building regs, and CDM.

Qualifications

• A few years' experience as Architectural Technologist
• CIAT accreditation or working towards it
• Strong Revit skills
• Confidence with other industry software
• Knowledge of Building Safety Act and CDM

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical design packages through construction.
• Work mainly on commercial projects with potential defence sector exposure.
• Apply Building Safety Act requirements, UK regulations and CDM obligations.
• Produce specifications (advantageous if you have experience).
• Collaborate with the wider design team and work independently when needed.
