Architectural Technologist & Technical Architect - fully remote, outside IR35

g2 is working with an industry leader within the extra care / care home sector that is currently experiencing a large influx in work. They are looking for multiple contractors.

Given time constraints, they are happy to consider bringing in fully remote staff (software supplied) on an initial 6-month contract, outside IR35.

The ideal candidate:

1. Has technical expertise, with the ability to produce technical details.
2. Has a mixed project background — residential, commercial, industrial are all applicable.
3. Ideally holds relevant accreditation (CIAT or MCIAT), but this is not essential.
