Job summary

Locri is seeking an Architectural Technologist for its Chichester office. The role focuses on UK industrial, logistics and commercial developments, with strong Revit skills and input from feasibility to construction.

You will develop technical design information, coordinate with consultants and project teams, and contribute to viability studies and space planning across a varied project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Strong UK industrial and/or logistics experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Experience on warehouse, industrial or commercial developments.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction processes.
• Strong technical detailing and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently within a wider team.
• Relevant architectural technology qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Work across industrial, logistics and commercial projects.
• Contribute to projects from early feasibility through to technical delivery.
• Develop technical design information and detailed drawing packages.
• Support viability studies, space planning and early-stage design.
• Coordinate design information with consultants and project teams.
• Produce and develop technical information using Revit.
• Contribute to warehouse, industrial, commercial and roadside schemes.
• Support projects through relevant RIBA stages.
• Work collaboratively with architects, clients, consultants and wider project teams.
• Assist with maintaining technical standards and quality across projects.
