Job summary

Locri is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join the Chichester office. The role targets candidates with UK industrial experience and strong Revit skills, involved in industrial, logistics and commercial schemes from feasibility to detailed design.

You will contribute to space planning, technical design, and coordination with consultants, while upholding UK Building Regulations and project quality. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Strong UK industrial and/or logistics experience.
• Experience with Revit and technical detailing.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction processes.
• Experience across technical design and project delivery.
• Experience with feasibility, viability or space planning.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently within a wider team.
• Relevant architectural technology qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Work across industrial, logistics and commercial projects.
• Contribute to projects from early feasibility through to technical delivery.
• Develop technical design information and detailed drawing packages.
• Support viability studies, space planning and early-stage design.
• Coordinate design information with consultants and project teams.
• Produce and develop technical information using Revit.
• Contribute to warehouse, industrial, commercial and roadside schemes.
• Support projects through relevant RIBA stages.
• Work collaboratively with architects, clients, consultants and wider project teams.
• Assist with maintaining technical standards and quality across projects.
