Conrad Consulting is excited to support a well-established architectural practice in Sevenoaks, Kent, in appointing an Architectural Technologist. You will join a collaborative team on large-scale projects, with Revit experience highly desirable but not essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, along with strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations. Salary £32,500–£40,000, with a generous benefits package and clear progression path.

Conrad Consulting is proud to be partnering with a well-established and dynamic architectural practice in Sevenoaks, Kent, as they look to bring an Architectural Technologist into their expanding team.

This practice has built a reputation for blending creative flair with technical precision, delivering standout architectural solutions across an impressive portfolio – predominantly within the large scale projects.

Revit runs throughout a large portion of the practice's project workload, and the team has been using it to a high standard for several years – giving them a real edge over competitors. Strong Revit experience on live projects would be ideal, though it doesn't have essential. AutoCAD proficiency, however, is a must. You'll be joining a collaborative, skilled team made up of Architects, Technologists, Technicians, and Part 1/2 Assistants.

What you'll bring:

• Degree qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent (HND/HNC)
• 3 + years' post-qualification UK experience, ideally within private practice
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
• Proficiency in Revit (highly desirable)
• Solid working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Experience on large scale projects
