Job summary

Rhythm Careers is representing a distinguished architecture and interior design studio in Belfast. They seek an Architectural Technologist to turn design concepts into buildable solutions, working with a Senior Architect to develop robust technical drawings and details.

You'll apply knowledge of materials, construction methods and building regulations, with strong fluency in Revit, BIM 360 and AutoCAD. Site visits and occasional overseas travel are part of the role, and mentoring juniors is

Qualifications

• 2–5 years post-qualification experience in architecture or interior design.
• Experience across multiple project stages and complex schemes.
• Proficient with Revit, BIM 360 and AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of building regulations and materials.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and coordinate with consultants.

Responsibilities

• Produce technically sound drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Develop conceptual and presentation work under senior guidance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Contract Administrators and external consultants.
• Perform site visits, with occasional overseas travel.
• Lead on deliverables and flag issues early to keep projects moving.
