Job summary

Rhythm Careers are seeking an Architectural Technologist with strong Revit abilities and basement experience to join a top AJ100 listed practice.

This well known practice, with over 300 architects, technologists and interior designers, is recruiting for their residential team and you’ll work on residential led mixed-use schemes across the U.K., with emphasis on RIBA stages 4 & 5. The role offers a market-leading hybrid policy, enabling home working up to 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Strong Revit abilities and technical detailing.
• Experience on residential led mixed-use schemes.
• Familiar with RIBA stages 4 and 5.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical documentation from planning through construction.
• Collaborate within a team on residential/mixed-use projects.

Rhythm Careers are actively seeking to find an Architectural Technologist with strong Revit abilities, and basement experience to join a top AJ100 listed practice.

This well known practice, with over 300 architects, technologists and interior designers is now recruiting for their flourishing residential team.

You'll be working on residential led mixed use projects, consisting of new build apartment complexes, student accommodation and co-living schemes across the U.K, with an emphasis on RIBA stages 4&5.

You'll be highly technical in your skillset, and using Revit, you'll be working as part of a team with a particular emphasis on taking projects past planning, through technical documentation and construction stages.
