Job summary

Rhythm Careers is seeking an Architectural Technologist with strong Revit abilities and basement experience to join a top AJ100 listed practice in the UK. You'll contribute to the residential team on mixed-use schemes across the UK, focusing on RIBA stages 4 and 5.

Working as part of a technical team, you will translate planning concepts into technical documentation and construction details, collaborating with architects and engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience as Architectural Technologist with strong Revit abilities.
• Basement experience is desirable for technical detailing on residential schemes.
• Proven ability to drive projects through planning to construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical drawings and BIM models for residential-led mixed-use schemes.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver RIBA stages 4 and 5.
• Support project teams with technical detailing and construction documentation.

Rhythm Careers are actively seeking to find an Architectural Technologist with strong Revit abilities, and basement experience to join a top AJ100 listed practice.

This well known practice, with over 300 architects, technologists and interior designers is now recruiting for their flourishing residential team.

You'll be working on residential led mixed use projects, consisting of new build apartment complexes, student accommodation and co-living schemes across the U.K, with an emphasis on RIBA stages 4&5.

You'll be highly technical in your skillset, and using Revit, you'll be working as part of a team with a particular emphasis on taking projects past planning, through technical documentation and construction stages.
