This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join the in-house architectural team of one of the UK's leading care home developers, based just outside Leeds.
The business designs, develops and constructs high-quality care facilities across the UK and has a substantial ongoing development programme. With architecture, development and construction expertise all sitting within the same organisation, this is an opportunity to become closely involved with projects from the early design stages through to technical delivery and construction.
We are looking for a strong all-round Architectural Technologist with excellent technical knowledge, strong Revit capability and a good understanding of construction detailing and buildability. The successful person will also need to be comfortable producing and developing 3D design information and visual material when required, although the role is primarily technically focused.
