Job summary

Recruit Build Limited, an in-house architectural team for a leading UK care home developer near Leeds, is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist. You will produce detailed Revit drawings and take projects from planning to construction.

You will contribute to technical delivery, coordinate with consultants, ensure Building Regulations compliance, and use 3D modelling to support design. Salary £45,000–£50,000 with benefits and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Strong Revit capabilities with experience producing detailed technical drawings.
• Solid knowledge of construction detailing and modern building technology.
• Experience delivering working drawings and construction packages.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations.
• Proficient 3D modelling and visualisation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced commercial design environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings using Revit.
• Develop projects from planning through to construction.
• Prepare working drawings and construction information.
• Produce and coordinate technical drawing packages.
• Develop construction details and resolve buildability issues.
• Ensure designs comply with Building Regulations and standards.
• Coordinate information with internal teams and external consultants.
• Support projects through the technical design and construction stages.
• Use 3D modelling and visualisation to support the design process.
