Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join our established North West practice in Bolton. You will contribute from early design development through to technical delivery, collaborating with architects, engineers and other specialists on a diverse project portfolio.

You will produce technical drawings and BIM information, apply UK Building Regulations, and develop your Revit skills within a supportive team committed to professional development and quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree/HNC/HND in Architectural Technology.
• Strong post-degree experience in practice or construction/design.
• Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality technical drawings, details, specs and schedules.
• Develop projects from concept through to detailed design and construction.
• Prepare coordinated information for project delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and external consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with UK Building Regulations and standards.
• Assist BIM and Revit-based project delivery and site support.
