Job summary

Penguin Recruitment in Crewe is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their award-winning team. You will work on residential projects from inception to completion, preparing building regulation packages and submitting planning applications.

The role requires a degree in Architectural Technology, strong Revit skills, and substantial post-qualification UK practice experience, including site visits and client liaison to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Required degree in Architectural Technology.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Post-qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice.
• Experience running projects within the residential sector.
• Experience carrying out site visits and surveys.
• Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion.
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications.
• Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance.
