Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join a well-established practice near Meadowhall, Sheffield. You will contribute to a diverse project portfolio including Healthcare, Higher Education and local authority schemes, focusing on refurbishment, technical design and smaller-scale new-builds.

Hybrid working and support for chartership are offered, with a strong emphasis on professional development and collaborative delivery within the team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years post-qualification experience or more
• Qualification in Architectural Technology or related discipline
• Ambition to achieve chartership or continue professional development

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, technical details and construction information across a variety of projects.
• Contribute to delivery from design development through to construction and completion.
• Undertake technical design and detailing for refurbishment, conversion and new-build projects.
• Assist with feasibility studies, planning submissions and building regulations applications.
• Coordinate technical information with structural engineers and building services consultants.
• Support delivery across healthcare, higher education and local authority sectors.
• Communicate clearly with project teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
