Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking an Architectural Technologist in Chorley to join a thriving architectural practice renowned for healthcare projects across the UK.

You will produce high-quality BIM drawings, work across RIBA stages and collaborate with the design team, delivering multiple healthcare and other sector projects with strong emphasis on technical delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a UK Architectural Practice
• Good working knowledge of Revit
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
• Healthcare sector experience advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
• Enthusiastic, technically minded and eager to continue developing professionally
• Based within a commutable distance of Chorley

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of projects across the Healthcare sector and a variety of other sectors
• Work on a diverse portfolio including hospitals, community healthcare, specialist clinical and mental health facilities
• Produce high-quality technical drawings, BIM models and construction packages using Revit
• Assist in the technical delivery of projects through all RIBA Stages
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and the wider design team throughout project delivery
• Prepare Planning and Building Regulations submissions
• Ensure technical drawings and project documentation are accurate, coordinated and compliant with current UK Building Regulations
• Contribute to the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
• Support senior team members while continuing to develop your own technical knowledge and project responsibilities
