Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with RIAI or equivalent registration.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of Building Regulations.
• Proficiency in Revit and experience delivering planning and tender packages.

We’re a dynamic and collaborative cross‑regional practice. As early adopters of BIM, we have UKAS‑accredited BIM certification and embrace progressive workflows across all our projects.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Due to continued project successes across the practice, we are looking to appoint qualified Architects to work on a diverse range of projects across Ireland and the UK, joining our team based in the Dublin studio. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects across a variety of sectors and stages, within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Skills And Experience Required

• RIAI or equivalent registration and 5+ years post‑qualification experience
• Strong technical knowledge of Building Regulations
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience delivering planning and tender packages
• Contract Administration (Public Works Contracts experience preferable)
• Health sector experience preferable but not essential
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
• An ability to run projects, working both independently and as part of a team on tasks
