You will develop complex technical solutions from planning through construction, coordinating with directors and project architects to deliver high-quality information.

The role emphasizes elegant detailing, bespoke solutions, and close collaboration within a respected studio environment. Long-term contract with potential for permanence is discussed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture.
• Experience in UK architectural practice.
• Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Excellent AutoCAD skills.
• Experience producing technical drawing packages and construction information.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations.
• Experience producing specifications (NBS Chorus advantageous).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in high-end residential architecture desirable.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work on some of Londons finest bespoke residential projects, developing complex technical solutions from planning through to construction.

Working closely with the Directors and Project Architects, youll be responsible for producing high-quality technical information, developing bespoke construction details and coordinating technical design throughout the project lifecycle.

This role would particularly suit someone who genuinely enjoys construction technology and takes pride in producing elegant, practical detailing rather than relying on standard solutions.

• Producing detailed technical drawing packages and construction information
• Developing bespoke construction details from first principles
• Preparing planning and technical drawing packages
• Producing specifications using NBS Chorus

About You
