An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist/Architect to join our expanding Architectural team in Bristol. You will be responsible for transforming preliminary designs into buildable solutions, covering all aspects of architectural delivery. This includes coordinating detailed information across disciplines, serving as the first point of contact for the site delivery team, managing package procurement and programming in line with design deliverables, responding to technical queries, reviewing sub-contractor information, leading and attending Design Team and Coordination Meetings, supporting the Contractor during construction, and liaising with management to report on project status.

You must work well as part of an integrated design team, demonstrating excellent attention to detail, efficiency, and quality. The role requires strong communication skills with clients and professional delivery staff, the ability to work independently, and a competitive, ambitious mindset. Experience in Data Centres or similar sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide strong technical design support to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery in accordance with client requirements.
2. Lead the team when necessary, working flexibly and independently to support the project leader while managing your own time effectively.
3. Manage and supervise technical project teams, liaising with clients and contractors.
4. Organize and coordinate Design Teams and subcontractors.
5. Handle day-to-day project delivery tasks, including producing design deliverables, providing technical information, addressing queries, conducting site inspections and condition surveys, monitoring delivery, proposing design changes, managing change controls, and reporting project progress to the Project Leader.
