Job summary

Pertemps Tm in Bristol is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Technologist to join a multidisciplinary consultancy. The role focuses on producing and coordinating BIM models using Revit across multiple RIBA stages, supporting Architects, Engineers and Surveyors.

You will ensure technical accuracy, maintain BIM standards, and contribute to project meetings while benefiting from a supportive culture that values career development and flexible working.

Qualifications

• Experience as Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician or Revit Technician.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit essential.
• Experience in UK architectural practice and knowledge of UK Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate BIM models and technical drawing packages using Revit.
• Work closely with Architects and Engineers to deliver projects across all RIBA stages.
• Prepare accurate technical and construction information.
• Coordinate consultant information and resolve technical queries.
• Maintain BIM standards throughout project delivery.

Architectural BIM Technologist, Bristol, £35k - £45k DOE
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Revit Technician / Architectural Technologist to join a well established multidisciplinary consultancy with offices in Bristol and Conrwall.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit someone with strong Revit experience to support the delivery of a wide variety of technically challenging projects.
Working alongside Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, you'll be involved in the production and coordination of BIM models and technical drawing packages across a diverse portfolio of work, giving you excellent exposure to a range of sectors and projects. The practice has a strong reputation for investing in its people, supporting career development and creating a collaborative working environment.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
