Key Responsibilities

• Translate conceptual and schematic architectural designs into comprehensive working drawings, construction details, and specifications.

Compliance & Contract Administration

Collaboration & Site Support

• Advise the design team on material selection, construction methods, and building performance metrics (such as thermal efficiency and acoustics).

• Attend site meetings to review construction progress, resolve unexpected on-site technical issues, and ensure compliance with design intent.
