Job summary

Konker is seeking an Architectural Technologist to work from our Central London studio in the Southwark area, with exposure to multi-million-pound projects in residential and mixed-use sectors.

You will work in Revit across varied schemes, from technical design through to delivery, producing detailed drawings and construction packages while collaborating with the wider design team on live schemes.

Job description

AJ100 practice. Big enough to work on impressive projects, small enough to give you exposure to various schemes. You won't just be working on the same huge project year after year.

As an Architectural Technologist here, you'll be working in Revit across a varied portfolio: mixed-use residential, retrofit, education, commercial.

The Architectural Technologist role, day to day:

• Working on residential, commercial, mixed-use and adjacent sector projects.
• Heavily involved from technical design through to delivery.
• Producing detailed technical drawings and packages.
• Contributing across the technical stages. Examples of detailing needed at application stage.
• Working closely with the wider design team on live schemes.

Location and access:

• Central London studio in the Southwark area.
• Walking distance from Waterloo, Blackfriars and London Bridge.
• Near Southwark and Borough tube stations too.

About the practice:

• Mid-sized practice, part of a wider group with three UK studios (London plus two regional locations).
• Big enough for structured support and progression, small enough to actually know everyone.
• Mainly mid-to-large UK projects (multi-unit residential and mixed-use), typically at multi-million-pound construction values.
• Strong technical complexity for someone who enjoys the problem-solving side.
