Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking an Architectural Technologist in Crewe to lead delivery of residential projects from concept to completion. You will prepare planning and building regulation packages and coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure accurate technical delivery.

The role requires a strong Revit skill set, UK building regulations knowledge, and demonstrable project-running experience within a UK practice, including site visits for surveys and quality control.

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant degree in Architectural Technology.
• Proficiency with Revit and related BIM tools.
• Strong post-qualification experience as a Technologist in a UK practice.
• Solid knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
• Experience running projects and delivering residential schemes.
• Experience carrying out site visits and surveys for technical compliance.
