Job summary
Hunter Dunning is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the Preston team, delivering technical packages for industrial and commercial projects with a strong focus on Revit. You will take on independent project-running responsibilities within a UK practice and contribute to technical delivery across RIBA Stages 2–4.
The role offers hybrid working, a salary between £45,000 and £55,000 DOE, and a profit-related bonus, along with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas closure.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of commercial project experience with a UK practice.
- CIAT registration.
- Experience delivering technical packages across RIBA Stages 2–4 in industrial or commercial projects.
- Experience delivering technical packages across RIBA Stages 2 to 4.
Responsibilities
