Job summary

Tradeline Recruitment is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician for a role in the East Midlands with hybrid/remote working options. The successful candidate will manage projects from inception to completion, producing precise drawings and coordinating with clients and consultants to ensure high standards across healthcare, commercial and education sectors.

Applicants should have at least five years UK experience, strong AutoCAD and REVIT skills, and a proven track record in coordinating

• Excellent AutoCAD and REVIT skills are essential.
• Proven ability to manage architectural projects independently from inception to completion.
• Strong technical detailing, building regulations knowledge and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Architectural Technician - East Midlands - Remote working available

Our client is a well-established, award-winning multi-disciplinary design consultancy with over 30 years of success and an outstanding reputation for delivering innovative architectural and engineering solutions across multiple property disciplines.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technician to join their expanding team with REVIT Skills.

Working across a diverse portfolio of projects within the Healthcare, Food, Commercial, Education, Industrial and bespoke sectors, you will take responsibility for delivering architectural projects from concept through to completion, producing detailed technical drawings, liaising with clients, consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 5 years' UK experience as an Architectural Technician.
