Job summary

Bimplus, a respected RIBA chartered practice, is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our Glasgow team. You will produce integrated design and construction information using Revit, support planning submissions, and develop construction drawings.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Architectural Technology, strong UK regulations knowledge, and post-qualification experience in a UK practice.

Qualifications

• Degree within Architectural Technology.
• Strong post-qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice.
• Healthcare sector experience is desirable.
• Proficiency with Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Job running experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce integrated design and construction information using Revit.
• Prepare and submit planning drawings and documents.
• Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings.
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages.
• Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings.
