Architectural Technologist in the Essex area?

I am working with a multi-disciplinary practice seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their Colchester office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop client briefs and produce feasibility reports.
2. Prepare and manage planning, building regulation, and Listed Building applications.
3. Create design drawings, working drawings, and tender documents.
4. Act as Project Manager, attending site meetings and ensuring project delivery.
5. Monitor project scope, budgets, and timelines while maintaining client relationships.
6. Ensure excellence in technical and coordination aspects of projects.

Requirements

1. Advanced proficiency in Revit.
2. Experience in residential projects preferred.
3. Strong understanding of RIBA work stages and procurement processes.
4. Ability to manage projects from feasibility to completion.
5. Solid construction detailing and problem-solving skills.
6. Degree in Architectural Technology (essential).
7. MCIAT qualification or working towards it preferred.

The salary will be based on experience and ability, expected up to £48,000.
