Job summary

Associated Architects in Birmingham seeks Architectural Technologists with 5 years post-RIBAQualified experience and strong Revit capabilities. You’ll handle project delivery, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements across studios in Birmingham, Leeds and Oxford.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in AutoCAD and possess good design sense, communication skills, and a solid commitment to quality work.

Qualifications

• 5 years post-RIBAQualified experience.
• Project delivery experience preferred.
• Very strong Revit capability with extensive project portfolio.
• Experience of statutory & regulatory requirements.
• Working towards MCIAT qualification or already qualified advantageous.
• Experience with AutoCAD desirable.

• 5 years post-RIBAQualified Experience
• Good levels of Revit experience is highly advantageous, however, training will be provided
• Proficient in statutory & regulatory requirements
• Excellent design sense, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is useful
• Ability to liaise directly with clients in a professional manner
• Good technical skills(Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is desirable but not essential)

For our Architectural Technologists we’re after:

• Aminimumof2-3yearsrelevant architectural experience.
• Project delivery experience is preferred
• Very strong Revitcapability possessing an extensive portfolio of relevant project experience.
• Experience of statutory & regulatory requirements
• Working towards MCIAT Qualification or already qualified is advantageous
• Experience with AutoCAD is desirable.
