Job summary

Aztrum is seeking an Architectural Technician in Manchester to join a leading national practice known for award-winning projects in the Commercial and Residential sectors.

You will produce detailed design drawings, specifications and construction documentation, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and contribute to BIM models to ensure precise project delivery while staying current with UK regulations and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology (or related field).
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure all work complies with UK building regulations and technical standards.
