Job summary

Locri Recruitment is partnering with a world-renowned architectural practice in Winchester to recruit an Architectural Technician. The role focuses on technical delivery, construction detailing and coordination across multiple RIBA stages for bespoke residential and heritage projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience, strong knowledge of UK building regulations, and excellent communication and coordination skills. ArchiCAD experience is advantageous but not essential.

I’m working with a world-renowned architectural practice looking for an Architectural Technician to join their Winchester studio.

The practice works across bespoke private residential, historic and listed buildings, conservation, residential developments and masterplanning, with a strong focus on traditional and classical architecture.

This is a technically focused role, ideal for a Technician with 3+ years’ experience and a strong understanding of construction detailing and technical delivery.

You’ll ideally have:

• 3+ years’ experience in architectural practice
• Strong technical and construction detailing experience
• Experience across multiple RIBA stages
