Job summary

Bimplus in London is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist to produce detailed drawings and construction packages using Revit, lead technical delivery through RIBA Stages 4-6, and coordinate information with architects, consultants, contractors and clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive UK experience, strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and building technology, and be highly proficient in Revit (AutoCAD a plus).

Qualifications

• Extensive UK experience as Architectural Technician or Technologist.
• Strong detailing and building technology knowledge.
• Proficient in Revit; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and current construction practices.
• Experience delivering projects through technical/construction stages of the RIBA Plan of Work.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Salary: £45-55,000 (dependent on Experience)

About You

• Extensive UK experience as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist.
• Strong technical expertise with an excellent understanding of construction detailing and building technology.
• Highly proficient in Revit, with AutoCAD experience considered advantageous.
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and current construction practices.
• Proven experience delivering projects through the technical and construction stages of the RIBA Plan of Work.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects while working effectively within a collaborative team environment.
