Job summary

ADAM Architecture in Winchester seeks an experienced Architect/Technologist with 3+ years’ qualified professional experience for bespoke private residential projects. You will contribute to delivery across RIBA stages, applying strong detailing and a solid knowledge of regulations.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently and with teams, and a willingness to travel within the UK. ArchiCAD experience is an advantage and training will be provided as needed.

Location: Winchester, Hampshire

Description

We are looking for an experienced and talented Architect / Technologist for bespoke private residential projects, with 3+ years qualified professional experience. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, dynamic, motivated and creative individual, who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career.

Successful candidates should have experience in traditional technical residential detailing, and preferably have some experience in the detailing of high-end bespoke projects. You must be able to contribute to the delivery of projects across all RIBA work stages with a strong knowledge of construction detailing and regulations.

Candidates must be capable of operating alone and unsupervised as well as within complex, multi-disciplinary teams. Experience of operating ArchiCAD is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

No prior experience of classical architecture is necessary provided individuals have an interest in the work we do.
