Job summary

Hunter Dunning is representing an established Winchester architectural practice seeking an Architect for bespoke private residential design. The role covers all RIBA stages, detailed design, planning submissions and construction documentation, with design responsibility on high-quality residential projects.

The position requires a minimum of three years’ UK practice experience, strong knowledge of UK planning and regulations, and proficiency in ArchiCAD or willingness to learn through structured

Hunter Dunning is working with an established practice in Winchester, Hampshire on an Architect Job Winchester opportunity within the architecture sector. The role focuses on bespoke private residential design, with involvement across all RIBA stages, detailed design, planning submissions, and construction documentation. Your Experience

• Minimum three years of professional experience within architectural practice delivering UK based projects
