They are seeking an independent and driven Architectural Technician to start immediately on residential projects within their Birmingham offices.

Daily Duties for the Role of Architectural Technician

• Produce drawing packages using AutoCAD independently
• Manage residential projects from inception to completion
• Submit planning and building regulation applications
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Manage workload efficiently and independently
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance standards

Requirements for the Role of Architectural Technician

• Degree in Architectural Technology
• CIAT Registered or working towards membership (advantageous)
• Relevant post-qualification experience as a technician (desirable)
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (essential)
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical and design skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Living within a commutable distance to Birmingham
