A well-established architectural firm is seeking an experienced and passionate Architectural Technician to join their knowledgeable team in Warrington. The team is looking for an innovative and highly skilled Architectural Technician to contribute to prestigious projects within a collaborative and creative environment. The friendly team has a vibrant portfolio across the commercial, heritage, and residential sectors.

Responsibilities

• Producing and delivering tender packages
• Running projects through all RIBA stages
• Conducting site visits and attending progress meetings
• Ensuring project compliance with UK Building Regulations
• Managing your own workload and supporting junior staff

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Sufficient post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
• Relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
• CIAT accreditation or working towards it
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Proficiency in Revit
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
• Living within a commutable distance from Warrington
