Architectural Technician/ Technologist (Intermediate- Senior levels considered)

Salary: GBP35-45,000 DOE

This growing architectural practice, set in a picturesque rural location near Warrington, is looking for a detail-driven Architectural Technician or Technologist to support the delivery of a busy and varied project pipeline. The firm has carved out a reputation for its award-winning healthcare design and is currently leading multiple extra care and residential schemes, each with values around GBP10 million. Located in a converted barn with excellent commuting access and free on-site parking, the office offers a modern, flexible approach to working life, including early finishes on Fridays and hybrid working. Daily Duties
  1. Producing detailed technical drawing packages
  2. Leading and coordinating technical delivery on projects
  3. Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and clients
  4. Conducting site visits and attending progress meetings
  5. Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations
  6. Managing workload independently and supporting junior staff
Ideal Candidate
  1. Architectural Technician/Technologist with substantial years UK industry experience
  2. Proven technical construction knowledge
  3. High level of proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  4. Revit experience preferred (training offered)
  5. Familiarity with SketchUp is a bonus
  6. Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and standards
  7. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  8. Ability to lead small teams and meet project deadlines
