Architectural Technician/ Technologist (Intermediate- Senior levels considered)

Salary: GBP35-45,000 DOE
This growing architectural practice, set in a picturesque rural location near Warrington, is looking for a detail-driven Architectural Technician or Technologist to support the delivery of a busy and varied project pipeline. The firm has carved out a reputation for its award-winning healthcare design and is currently leading multiple extra care and residential schemes, each with values around GBP10 million. Located in a converted barn with excellent commuting access and free on-site parking, the office offers a modern, flexible approach to working life, including early finishes on Fridays and hybrid working. - Four-and-a-half-day week (early Friday finishes)

- Proven technical construction knowledge
- High level of proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Revit experience preferred (training offered)
- Familiarity with SketchUp is a bonus
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to lead small teams and meet project deadlines
