Job summary

Bimplus, a leading RIBA chartered practice in the North West, is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join their Chorley team. You will work on healthcare projects from concept through to completion, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong Revit proficiency, solid knowledge of UK building regulations, and the ability to liaise with clients and consultants to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Strong post-qualification experience as a Technician in a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Experience managing projects across sectors.
• Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Chorley area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of healthcare projects from inception through to completion.
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications.
• Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance.
