An award-winning practice in Hampshire are seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join their expanding technical team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technician passionate about producing high-quality technical drawings for residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs and produce working drawings and technical documents while adhering to the latest legislation.
• Work on significant mixed-use and residential developments for highly reputable housing developers.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop and progress project information and drawings.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential/mixed-use projects for developer clients and national housebuilders.
• Sound technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit is desirable.
• Working knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 & 3) & NDSS regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Desire for career progression and commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
