You will be joining an exciting and well-established Architectural Practice that has been operating from numerous offices for over 25 years! The practice focuses on creating award-winning and iconic spaces that are memorable to everyone who views them. Additionally, this practice has a strong sustainability initiative, being carbon neutral since 2017 and aiming to be net zero by 2040.

They are now seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join their team.

As an Architectural Technician, you will be:

1. Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and traditional architectural methods to develop building plans and designs.
2. Examining space and site requirements.
3. Reviewing technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
4. Negotiating effective technological solutions with investors.
5. Preparing budgets and estimating material costs.

To apply for this position, you must:

• Have a degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Be proficient with Revit.
• Have experience working across all RIBA stages (desirable).
• Have transport links to Nottingham.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of UK working experience.
