Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Architectural Technology or related field
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Technical excellence with experience managing projects from RIBA stage 3
• Experience in the commercial and education sectors
• Supportive team player with strong communication skills
• Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, authorities, and other professionals
• Attention to detail and advanced technical skills
• Experience overseeing and managing small teams
• Aspiring to progress to Senior level and contribute to company growth
• Living locally to Nottingham or East Midlands
• Knowledge of BREEAM and ability to produce feasibility reports
• Capable of preparing tender and construction drawings
