Job summary

Chris Main LTD is seeking an Architectural Technician or Assistant Architectural Technician to support the Technical Team across regional site and office operations.

The role involves providing technical guidance, supporting planning applications, coordinating technical documentation, and maintaining the standard product portfolio. Experience on volume housing projects is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide architectural/technical support and technical guidance for regional site and office based operations.
• Provide Technical Support in respect of planning applications.
• To co-ordinate and manage the issue of technical documentation.
• Maintain documentation for the standard product portfolio.
• It is strongly preferred that you have experience on volume residential projects, mainly housing.

The Technical Director is searching for an Architectural Technician or Assistant Architectural Technician to support the Technical Team.

The role will involve:

The salary is 30 to 40K depending on experience.
