We have an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join our technical team in the Northwest region, based in Speke.
Reporting to the Technical Director, the Architectural Technician will serve as a core member of the technical team, acting as the main contact for Planning and NHBC portals, and managing invoice tracking and document systems to ensure consistency and reliability.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide architectural support and technical guidance for regional office and site operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Health & Safety Responsibilities: Ensure personal safety and adherence to Keepmoat's Health, Safety, and Sustainability standards.
We seek an experienced Architectural Technician embodying Keepmoat values: professionalism, organization, and resilience under pressure. The ideal candidate will approach problem-solving creatively, communicate effectively, and influence positively. They will be passionate about housebuilding, with at least 2 years’ experience in a technical, new-build environment. Collaboration skills and experience supporting operational teams and building customer relationships are essential.
Qualifications should include an engineering-related degree or equivalent. Proficiency in design software such as Revit and AutoCAD, along with strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, is required.
