Duties For The Role Of Architectural Technician Include

• Provide technical design services and project management to the residential sector
• Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
• Produce building regulations and planning applications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities
• Prepare design drawings for competitive tender
• Deliver the technical and co:ordination aspects of projects and ensure successful delivery
