Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd. is partnering with a Guildford architectural practice to deliver retail design, refurbishment and fit-out projects.

The role involves coordinating a range of retail schemes from smaller refurbishments to major fit-outs for blue-chip clients. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in retail design, strong Revit skills, knowledge of UK Building Regulations, and excellent communication and coordination capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail sector experience.
• Experience delivering retail design and fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of current UK Building Regulations.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate varied retail projects from small refurbishments to major fit-outs.
• Deliver retail design and fit-out concepts and drawings for clients.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.

Your Experience

• At least 3 years of retail sector experience
• Experience delivering retail design and fit-out projects
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
