Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Architectural Technician in Glasgow. You will produce integrated design information using Revit, prepare planning drawings, and develop schemes to detailed construction drawings for a variety of UK projects.

The role requires a degree in Architectural Technology and strong BIM skills, with knowledge of UK Building Regulations. Hybrid working and a contributory pension scheme are offered.

Qualifications

• UK-based architectural technician with a relevant degree.
• Experience in a UK practice is required.
• Proficiency with BIM software (Revit/ArchiCAD) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations is required.
• Experience running projects is desirable.
• Excellent technical and presentation skills are essential.
