About the Role:

With a growing portfolio of large-scale residential and commercial projects, our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Revit Technician to join their team at their Coventry office. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Produce construction documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and technical details.
• Coordinate with contractors to support smooth project delivery.
• Develop and modify Revit families as project needs evolve.
• Maintain project templates and adhere to established standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues within Revit and BIM workflows.
• Stay current with industry trends and BIM best practices.
• Provide Revit training and support to team members as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
