The successful Architectural Technician will have sufficient UK-based experience and good knowledge of current UK building regulations. You will have excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. Revit and AutoCAD experience are essential.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Degree, HND, or HNC in Architectural Technology
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
• Able to work through all RIBA stages
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications
