Job summary

ARV Solutions Contracts is seeking an Architectural Designer to support healthcare and data centre projects across the UK and internationally. The role blends architectural design with Building Information Modelling, integrating modular offsite construction solutions into the built environment.

You will lead BIM workflows, develop 3D models and technical drawings using Revit, and coordinate with architects, engineers and M&E teams to realise design intent from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Product Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a design role with significant BIM exposure.
• Experience with clash detection and coordination software such as Navisworks.
• Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings, schedules and visualisations.

Responsibilities

We are working with a specialist offsite construction business, who are looking for an Architectural Designer. This role supports the delivery of healthcare projects across the UK and internationally. The position combines architectural design with Building Information Modelling, helping to integrate modular construction solutions into the built environment.

It would suit a technically proficient designer with strong Revit and BIM expertise who enjoys collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and contributing to innovative, sustainable construction projects.

As an Architectural Design you will
